DIY Breakfast ParfaitIngredients:

  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (flavor of your choice- Chobani Non-Fat Honey Greek Yogurt used in this recipie)
  • ½ cup mixed berries
  • ¼ cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch! Cereal
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. slivered almonds

Directions:

Mix in berries, Kashi Go Lean Crunch! Cereal, and slivered almonds. Drizzle with honey and enjoy!

*Substituting crunch cereal for granola saves 150 calories.

*Using a small portion of slivered almonds saves 130 calories.
