Summer Protein Smoothie
Smoothies CAN be healthy options if made with proper ingredients in proper portions; however it’s easy to continue adding ingredients to smoothies that can make the calories jump through the roof. When adding things like: peanut butter, fruit juice, oats, nuts and more to smoothies it’s easy for the calories to add up, when properly portioned smoothies can be a refreshing, delicious and filling meal.
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup frozen mangos
- ½ cup non-fat plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 scoop quest Strawberry and Cream protein powder (or your preferred brand)
- 4 ounces Welches Light Strawberry Mango fruit juice
