Often we look for something flavorful to dip our vegetables in; however, dips can easily total to 200+ calories with little nutrient value. Greek Yogurt based dips are a great way to enjoy a healthy and calorie controlled tasty snack!
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Greek Yogurt Dips Mix
- 2 cups Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 lemon
- Mix Ranch packet into Greek Yogurt.
- Juice lemon and mix into Yogurt mix.
- Stir until smooth.
