Yogurt Dip

Yogurt DipVegetables are great snack options when hunger strikes. A sizeable portion of raw vegetables boasts few calories, while providing our body with lots of water, fiber (*fullness*) and nutrients. Often we look for something flavorful to dip our vegetables in; however, dips can easily total to 200+ calories with little nutrient value.  Greek Yogurt based dips are a great way to enjoy a healthy and calorie controlled tasty snack!


  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Greek Yogurt Dips Mix
  • 2 cups Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 lemon


  • Mix Ranch packet into Greek Yogurt.
  • Juice lemon and mix into Yogurt mix.
  • Stir until smooth.

Enjoy with your favorite dipping vegetables!
